I'm Antonia and I'm a coach & trainer specializing in pregnancy & postpartum, strength training, sustainable weight loss. I'm passionate about educating my clients by utilizing evidence-based practices. I've empowered 100s of clients with the knowledge & confidence to hop into the drivers' seat on their lifelong health & fitness endeavors.

I have a Masters of Science in Applied Exercise Physiology with a concentration in Human Movement Science, I'm a certified Pregnancy & postpartum Athleticism Coach, NASM Certified Personal Trainer & 2oo Hour Registered Yoga Teacher.  





Hi, I’m Courtney and I am a pelvic health physical therapist here to educate, inspire, and guide you on a path to overcoming your pelvic health concerns. I enjoy working with you one-on-one to listen to your needs, provide the best treatment program for you, and push you beyond your goals.


I graduated from Northeastern University in 2017 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, began working in orthopedics, then specialized in pelvic health to empower those who often struggle to find the help they need. I get you off the treatment table and back into daily activity, active lifestyles, and sport (or other activity) of choice – all without the nagging symptoms

FAQs

  • I'm not an athlete, is this course ok for me?

    This course is designed for people with previous knowledge & experience with exercise- competitors or not. If you were regularly strength training or running before or during your pregnancy- this course is for you!

  • I'm past my first 8 weeks, would the information in here still pertain to me?

    It's probably safe to say that if you are within <6m Postpartum and have yet to return to exercise, YES! If you're beyond the 6m mark, this might still be a great first step for you, especially if you've been managing symptoms.

  • What if I need more help?

    We both work with clients virtually, all over the world! Throughout the course, we will highlight various "checkpoints" that would be a great opportunity to schedule time with either of us. We also provide resources for finding providers in your area throughout several of the modules.

  • How long do I have access to the course?

    FOREVER!!! That's why we're delivering it in this format. You pay once & keep it forever & you can use it for all of your future pregnancies! Plus- any updates to the course will be automatically pushed out to you.
